Grive (the "Company") has this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법) and to handle related complaints quickly.

1. Personal Information We Process and Why

The Company processes only the personal information needed for the purposes below. If a purpose changes, we ask for your consent again.

Screen usage records (session replay) cover the app screens of only some users, and input fields and the text you type are masked.
Voice recordings are used only for scoring. After scoring, the Company does not store the voice file on its servers. It stores only the converted text and the score.
The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14. If we find that a user is under 14, we delete the account and information immediately.
The Company does not receive payment method information such as card numbers. Apple and Google process payments.
If you choose "Hide My Email" when signing in with Apple, we receive a relay email address created by Apple.
You can change your nickname and profile photo in Account settings in the app. A nickname you set and a photo you upload are visible only to you, not to other users. A photo you upload is kept in private storage and is deleted when you switch to the default image.
We receive inquiries by email that you send to [email protected] from your mail app. We keep inquiry emails for 3 years from the day we finish answering, then delete them.

2. Retention Period and Destruction

The Company keeps personal information until you delete your account. When you request account deletion, we keep it for 30 days from the request date and then delete it. During this period, we keep it only so you can withdraw the request, and we do not use it for any other purpose. If you sign in again within 30 days, the deletion request is withdrawn. Even after 30 days, it may be withdrawn if you sign in again before we complete the deletion.
The following information is kept separately for the period set by law and then deleted.

If you agreed to receive marketing information, we notify you every 2 years from the date you agreed that your consent is still in effect.
The reason for leaving (the option you chose) and the request and withdrawal dates are kept after the account is deleted, to improve the Service and handle disputes. These records do not include your name, email address, or other information that identifies you. Comments you type are deleted when the account is deleted.
